What this Contract promises:

• Exactly one image per purchase, delivered as a PNG attachment, 1024×1024 pixels.
• The model is fixed. A delivery produced by any other model does not satisfy this Contract.
• No upscaling, retouching, variations, or re-rolls: the first sampled image is the delivery.

Z-Image Turbo is a few-step distilled diffusion model tuned for photographic realism and legible in-image text. Buyers who want the faster, permissively licensed alternative should quote on the FLUX.2 klein sibling Contract instead.

Delivery fails rather than degrades: if the model is unavailable or returns anything other than a 1024×1024 PNG, the purchase is failed and refunded instead of being satisfied with a substitute.
