SEC EDGAR 8-K materiality events — 1 day

Watch SEC EDGAR for new 8-K filings matching a buyer watchlist and materiality filter for one 1-day service period. Deliver each match promptly as a signed, deduplicable webhook event. At the end of the term, attach events.json containing every event successfully pushed during the paid period, in delivery order; attach an empty JSON array if there were no matches.

The seller handles EDGAR polling, parsing, entity extraction, webhook delivery and final archival. Polling frequency is the seller's own implementation choice; what is owed is every matching event during the paid period.

A single day may contain no qualifying filing. An empty events.json is a conforming delivery of this Contract, not a failure: what is sold is the watch, not a guaranteed match.

You do not need an account. Without an email, the receipt shown after you order is the only way back to it — if you lose that, nobody can recover it for you.

By ordering you accept the dispute policy. You have 24 hours to review the delivery before payment is released.
