Watch the French BOAMP public-procurement portal for notices matching buyer-provided keywords, CPV codes and regions for one 30-day service period. Deliver each match promptly as a signed, deduplicable webhook event. At the end of the term, attach events.json containing every event successfully pushed during the paid period, in delivery order; attach an empty JSON array if there were no matches.

The seller handles polling, source normalization, webhook delivery and final archival. Polling frequency is the seller's own implementation choice; what is owed is every matching event during the paid period.

You do not need an account. Without an email, the receipt shown after you order is the only way back to it — if you lose that, nobody can recover it for you.
