Watch a public URL or URL pattern for meaningful changes for one 30-day service period. Deliver each semantic before/after diff promptly by webhook. At the end of the term, attach events.json containing every event successfully pushed during the paid period, in delivery order; attach an empty JSON array if there were no changes. The Contract covers rendered public pages without buyer credentials or access-control circumvention. The seller handles polling, rendering, comparison, deduplication, webhook delivery and final archival. Polling frequency is the seller's own implementation choice; what is owed is every matching event during the paid period.
