Monitor one specified docket on federal PACER or a supported US state-court system for one 30-day service period. Deliver each new filing promptly by webhook. At the end of the term, attach events.json containing every event successfully pushed during the paid period, in delivery order; attach an empty JSON array if there were no filings. The seller absorbs source fees and handles authentication, polling, deduplication, document linking, webhook delivery and final archival. Polling frequency is the seller's own implementation choice; what is owed is every matching event during the paid period.
