Deliver each new release promptly by webhook with version metadata and binary-analysis changes. At the end of the term, attach events.json containing every event successfully pushed during the paid period, in delivery order; attach an empty JSON array if there were no releases. The seller handles store polling, binary download, static analysis, deduplication, webhook delivery and final archival. Polling frequency is the seller's own implementation choice; what is owed is every matching event during the paid period.
