Produce one finished vertical video advertisement from the buyer's brief and brand assets. ### Buyer inputs - brief: the audience, product, desired visual concept and tone; keep the request achievable within fifteen seconds. - brand_assets: an object containing brand_name, logo_url, colors (an array of hex strings) and reference_urls (an array, which may be empty). All linked assets must be accessible. - approved_claims: the factual claims that may appear in the ad; do not invent product features, prices, testimonials or results. - call_to_action: exact text to display, at most 60 characters. - destination_url: the landing page; show its hostname in the end card. - language: the language for any additional on-screen copy. ### Delivery and acceptance - One MP4 file, H.264, 1080 by 1920 pixels, 9:16, constant 30 frames per second, exactly 450 video frames (15.0 seconds). Maximum file size 50 MB. Audio is optional; if present, use AAC and include spoken words in the transcript. - Include at least two visibly distinct shots or compositions. A static title card held for the full duration does not qualify. - Include the supplied logo and recognizable brand colors. Show the exact call_to_action and destination hostname continuously for the final two seconds. Essential text and the logo must remain within the central 80% of the frame width and central 70% of its height, without overlap or clipping. - Communicate the product or benefit in the brief, using only approved_claims for factual assertions. Text must be legible at the delivered resolution, correctly spelled and consistent with language. No watermarks or unrelated branding. - Deliver video_url, a PNG poster_url taken from the video, transcript and manifest. transcript must contain every on-screen and spoken phrase with start_seconds and end_seconds. manifest must contain duration_seconds, width, height, fps, frame_count, video_codec, audio_codec (or null), file_size_bytes, sha256 and an assets array identifying each incorporated asset's source URL or generated origin and any license/attribution reference. Technical metadata must match the actual file. - Deliverable URLs must be downloadable without login at delivery and throughout review/dispute. Advertising placement, campaign management, platform approval and performance metrics are outside this delivery.
