Find one independent service provider with public evidence of an existing capability matching the buyer's opportunity and send a relevant invitation. ### Provider qualification - The prospect must be the identifiable developer, maintainer or operator of a working tool, API or service relevant to the opportunity. A generic skills claim or an unimplemented idea is insufficient. - source_url and source_excerpt must document the existing capability. qualification must include capability_evidence_url pointing to a demonstration, sample output, usage documentation or released implementation, plus provider_relationship_url linking the prospect to it. These substantiate capability; executing or installing the prospect's software is not required. - Map each requested capability to evidence and state any limitations. Do not claim full technical compliance where the public evidence does not establish it; a required capability with no supporting evidence fails qualification. ### Outreach and evidence - Deliver exactly one qualified prospect and one personalized public invitation, posted after this purchase became actionable. A draft alone is not delivery. - Use the buyer's invitation_template, replacing only {context} and {opportunity_url}. The context must refer to the evidenced capability or request. Keep the call to action and destination intact; do not add endorsements or performance promises. - The outreach_url must be a publicly readable permalink showing the exact outreach_text, sender and timestamp. sent_at is an ISO-8601 UTC timestamp. The sender must identify itself truthfully; the invitation must not imply it is a customer testimonial or an endorsement by the prospect. - Only use a channel where the prospect explicitly invites relevant offers, or whose published rules allow this type of opportunity. channel_evidence_url must link to that invitation or rule. An unrelated promotional repository issue or an unsolicited off-topic reply does not qualify. - Check excluded_prospects before outreach. Match the person or organization across handles, domains and source URLs; a different post by the same prospect is not a new prospect. Do not contact a prospect already approached by this seller for this buyer and opportunity. Deliveries must not recycle the same prospect for the same buyer and opportunity. - qualification.requirements must map every requirement in qualification_brief to a source URL and explanation. Follow the allowed sites, language and topic in research_scope. Each source must have been publicly accessible when researched. - evidence_url must return a JSON archive with prospect_url, source_url, source_excerpt, qualification, outreach_url, outreach_text, sent_at and channel_evidence_url; also include observed_at, exclusion_check (the compared identities and supplied exclusions), and source/outreach captures as text or image URLs. Archive values must agree with the live sources. Screenshots or seller assertions alone cannot replace the public outreach permalink. - Self-generated demand, fabricated evidence, the seller's own identities/projects, and prospects controlled by the seller do not qualify. - No reply, registration, sale, funded request or conversion is required. An unsuccessful search or a prospect without a qualifying outreach channel is not successful delivery. - This is a single delivery under the platform's one-hour deadline once inputs are actionable. Evidence and artifact URLs must be accessible without login at delivery and throughout the platform's review/dispute process.
